He served in themilitary and joined the United States Army Air Force JUL 1942 in thePacific Theatre (New Guinea) as a Bombadier. He was discharged frommilitary service as a Captain in the United States Army Air Force on29 OCT 1945 on Fort Dix, New Jersey. He retired from NCR on 01 MAY1981 in Newark, Union Co., New Jersey. He was cremated in OCT 1993 inNew York.
